How long does it take to receive my order?
The estimate delivery time is 1-3 working days within Netherlands, 4-7 working days within Europe, and 6-14 working days outside of Europe. For more details, please check out Shipping & Delivery.
Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control, especially in cases caused by weather conditions or customs delay.
How can I track my order status?
If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with the tracking information once we ship your order. In any case, you can follow your order status by signing into your account. You will find one of the following statuses: Payment Accepted, Preparation in Progress, or Shipped. If you have a question about your tracking information or delivery status, contact us and we’ll look it up for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, SOFORT Banking (SOFORT Überweisung), and bank transfer to our account in The Netherlands – transfers within the Eurozone cost the same as a domestic transfer and are often free of charge.
How does bank transfer payment work?
If you choose to pay via bank transfer, once the order is placed you will receive via email our bank details and instructions to make a bank transfer to our account in The Netherlands. Please issue the payment in euros and include the order reference to the transfer so that we can identify the payment. Your order will be on pending status until we receive the payment in our account. If the payment is not received within 5 working days since the order was placed, the order will unfortunately be cancelled. Please contact us if you need more than 5 working days or if you have any questions regarding the bank transfer.
How can I return an item?
Returns and exchanges at APHRODITE are very easy! If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us, fill in the Returns and Exchanges form and send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please check the full details on Return Policy

What if I can't find my original invoice?
Please print out the order confirmation email or the order information in your APHRODITE account. Without this information, we will be unable to process your return.
Can I return a used item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in unused condition.
Did you receive my return yet ?
You will receive an email notification from APHRODITE when we process your refund. Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. For more about our return policy, visit the Returns page, or reference the invoice included in your box.
Can I send someone a gift?
Of course! Simply indicate the delivery address at the checkout process so that we can send the gift on your behalf. We will include a delivery slip without the price information inside the package. We can also include a personal note on your behalf (don’t forget to tell us in the comment field what to write 🙂
Please note that, if you are paying with PayPal, the billing and delivery address have to be in the same country as the PayPal account. That’s a PayPal restriction that we have to follow. In case the billing and delivery address are in different countries, you can simply note this detail in the comment box at checkout (you may state the delivery address is the same as billing address). Leave the preferred delivery address in the comment box, and we will ship to the address mentioned in the comment box instead.
How can I redeem my coupon?
You can redeem your coupon at checkout. By entering the coupon code at checkout we will automatically deduct the value from the total amount. Enjoy your discount!
How can I get coupons?
You can receive a coupon by simply signing up for our newsletter. You will immediately receive a coupon for a free gift. Plus, we love to surprise our readers, that is why we send coupon codes via our newsletter from time to time. So the best way to get coupons is to be on our VIP list. Can I apply a promotion code to an order already placed ?
Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
Are any items excluded from promotion codes ?
In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards and promotional-priced products. Styles from the Personalized Shop and from the Sale are often excluded from promotions, as well. If you have questions about the exclusions or fine print, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to create an account in order to buy?
Nope. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.
However, if you already bought from us before and are planning to buy from us in the future (which we hope is the case :), it is worth creating an account, so that you can have your shipping details pre-filled and jump straight to the final step of the checkout. Plus, you will be able to earn points and get a gift of your choice in our Reward Program.
What if the product I want to order is out of stock?
When a product is out of stock, you can choose to receive an email when it becomes available again. Just click on the ‘Notify Me’ button and we will let you know when the item is back in stock. You need to be signed in to subscribe to these alerts.
How can I add products to my wishlist?
In order to add products to your wishlist – we call them “Loved Items” -, you will need to create an account. After you sign in to your account, look for the “love this item” icon on each product page. Click on this icon to add the product to your wishlist. You can view these items at the “Loved Items” section of “My Account”
